Team Headshot Pricing
We offer company headshots at your office or a location of your choice. Pricing is per person, with discounts for larger teams: the first 2-9 people are $125 each, team members 10-19 are $100 each, and so on. Every headshot includes a high-resolution, professionally retouched image to ensure your team looks their best.

No matter your company’s size, we can photograph the whole team or break it down by departments. Every team shoot includes one group photo at no extra cost, and additional groupings are priced like an extra individual (see prices above). Just let us know what you need—we’ve got you covered!

We typically need a 12’x12’ space with a 9’ ceiling and access to a power outlet. If your space is smaller, just let us know—we’ll see what’s possible and make it work!

If everyone can’t make it on the same day, we’ve got solutions—like an office shoot for those available and a custom online calendar for remote employees to book a session at our studio. No matter the setup, we’ll make sure everyone gets a great, consistent headshot!
Where are you located?
We’re mobile! While we don’t have a permanent studio, we bring the studio to you. We work throughout New York, New Jersey, and the greater tri-state area—traveling up to 2 hours with no extra fee!
